Here you can edit some of the Portal Information.
When opening the information adminstration page, it will look something like this:
The Portal Information can be seen by clicking at the Logo at the top left corner:
Disclaimer
The Disclaimer will show up when you (and other users) are opening the page.
If you click 'Don't show again' - it will only show up if the disclaimer text is changed.
