Create kml file using QGIS

Step 1

Add a background map for example the OSM standard map.

Go to Layer → Create Layer → New Shapefile Layer …

Set the filename (and path), choose the geometry type (in this case; polygon) and the projection. In most of Denmark use EPSG: 25832.

Please notice: You cannot upload changes in LARCOS, getting the interpretation points in this way. To be able to do this see (Regular user workflow).

Download the Base project, the grid files and the interpretation point database. Place the interpretation point database and the grids in the folders defined by the base project. Then you have the most recent FOHM model in GeoScene3D.

Use the mouse to see status for a check out.

• Pending is a check out.

• Ready for QA, is a check in but not accepted or rejected.

In the “Information” you can see the Mapping name, the expected Check-in Date, the Check-out date, the user, the Check-out Purpose, and the status. It is also possible to download the XY points from polygon as a .csv file. Regular users can not see all information.
